About me

Helping you get back to what you love

I grew up in dance and competitive gymnastics. My own injuries got me interested in how the body recovers, and that interest is what led me to sports therapy.

I graduated from Leeds Beckett University in July 2026 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Therapy, and I also work pitchside in rugby.

How I work

Every treatment starts with you: what is going on, what you want to get back to, and what your goals are. Whether you are managing an injury, recovering from training or looking after your recovery, I will plan your sessions around your needs.

Supporting you at every stage.

Experience and skills

What I do

Treatment for injuries, recovery and performance, in the clinic and pitchside.

  • Sports massage

Hands-on soft tissue work to ease tightness, help recovery from training and keep you moving well.

  • Injury assessment

A full assessment to find out what is going on, so treatment is built around the actual problem.

  • Rehabilitation

Follow-up treatment and exercise to rebuild strength and confidence after an injury.

  • Kinesiology taping

Taping to support muscles and joints while you train, play or recover.

  • Cryotherapy

Cryo ice therapy sessions for the shoulder and the knee.

  • Pitchside care

Training sessions and match days as Lead Sports Therapist for Sandal RUFC Saracens (senior men).
