Who I am

This website belongs to Maddy Wood, a Sports and Exercise Therapist trading as MPW Sports Therapy. You can reach me on Instagram at @mpw.sportstherapy.

What this website collects

Nothing. There is no contact form, no login, no newsletter, no cookies and no analytics or tracking of any kind. The fonts are served from this website, not from Google. Reading these pages leaves no personal information with me.

Booking a session

When you choose Book a session you are taken to Fresha, my booking system, on Fresha’s own website. Anything you enter to book, including any health information you share, is handled by Fresha under their privacy policy, not this one.

If you message or email me

If you send me a message on Instagram or an email, I use your details only to reply and to help with what you asked about. I do not share them with anyone and I do not use them for marketing. Messages on Instagram are also covered by Instagram’s own privacy policy.

How long I keep things

I keep messages only as long as I need them to deal with your enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see any information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. As this website collects nothing, in practice this only applies to a message you have sent me. Get in touch and I will sort it out.
